Flamer (FlamerAI) · Last updated 14 October 2026
This policy applies to the Flamer website and app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Pavel Alekseev (the “Service Provider”). Using the Application means you accept this policy.
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views and website performance. Cloudflare processes this analytics data to help us understand and improve the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The website does not accept photo or chat uploads; generation happens in the Application.
We also use PostHog (EU hosting) to measure page views and clicks leading to the App Store. Events include the page path, button placement, device category, referring website hostname and campaign labels. Each page load uses a new random identifier; we do not store analytics cookies or identifiers in browser storage, record sessions, or send photos or chat content. Full query strings and referring-page paths are not collected. Requests necessarily reach the provider over the internet; IP geolocation is disabled and project IP anonymization is enabled. Do Not Track is respected by this PostHog integration. See PostHog’s privacy policy.
The Application does not ask for your name, email address or phone number and has no sign-up. The Application creates a random internal identifier so your purchases and free-generation allowance can be recognised. It does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), and the internal identifier is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
When you generate an AI photo, the reference photos you pick are uploaded and sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) purely to produce the image you requested. When you ask for reply suggestions, the chat screenshot you pick is sent the same way to produce those replies. In both cases:
The Application asks for your consent before the first upload, and asks for Photo Library and Camera access only to let you choose or take those images.
Not keeping uploads on the Service Provider’s servers does not mean immediate deletion by Google or OpenAI. AI providers may retain request content for safety, abuse monitoring or legal requirements under their own terms. Flamer does not promise zero retention by those providers.
See OpenAI API data controls and Gemini API data-use terms. Provider handling depends on the service and account configuration. Crop private details you do not want processed before uploading.
This data is not linked with data from other companies to track you for advertising, is not shared with data brokers, and is not sold.
The Application relies on these providers, each with its own privacy policy:
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, or where necessary in good faith to protect rights and safety or to investigate fraud.
Automatically collected data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. Photos you generate live on your device — deleting them there, or deleting the Application, removes them. To have data associated with your device removed from the Service Provider's systems, write to [email protected] and it will be handled within a reasonable time.
The Application is rated 18+ and is not directed at children. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
You can stop all collection by uninstalling the Application. You can withdraw consent for AI processing by not uploading further photos or screenshots.
This policy may be updated. Changes are published on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continued use means you accept them.
